It took a while, but the nike shoes 2012 light bulb finally came on in Tiger Woods' head.

The workout addict finally wondered that if the shoes fit while he's pumping iron in the weight room, why can't the same shoes fit while he's pounding golf balls on the driving range?

Just add spikes, right?

Well, it wasn't that easy, but Woods hooked up with those who cook up technological advancement in what Nike calls its Innovation Kitchen, led by Tobie Hatfield. Fusing the company's golf shoes with the evolution standard in its Free technology running and workout shoes, the result is the natural motion Nike TW '13 golf shoes.

"It was nice to try and get something that I felt comfortable in. The Free technology is something that I wear every day. I love training in them, I love running in them, lifting in them, so why can't I play golf in them," Woods said last year when he started wearing the prototypes. "Walking out there on the golf course, it felt good to feel my foot activated. That's something that I hadn't felt in a long time. It was something that I'd always felt off the golf course but not on the golf course."

The shoes, which recently hit the consumer market, are lightweight yet very durable; hug the lower portion of the ankle without feeling uncomfortable; utilize multidirectional stretch synthetics that allow motion; and feature a natural motion engineered outsole. The outsole is designed to mimic and conform to the natural motion of the foot, and you can feel that occurring. Nike says the outsole allows the athlete to keep contact with the ground longer, better harnessing the energy of the foot to the shoe and, therefore, the shoe to the ground.

Further, nylon straps inside the stretch uppers extend from the bottom of the shoes through the lacing system, which helps keep the foot snug in the shoe without being cumbersome and restrictive.Perhaps I am grading on a harsh curve, because I do like the shoes and think there is an argument to be made for an 8.5 or nine. There is just something holding me back.

For a pair of sneakers, you could do far worse than grabbing the Hyperdunk Plus shoes. There is just one thing missing. I think that it's not subtle enough to be among the all-time greats, nor is there one thing worth putting it over the top. It is a very good shoe, though it just misses that greatness mark.

The shoes feature six replaceable Champ spikes cheap nike shoes and lots of nubs that increase traction, whether you're digging into a bunker or stabilizing yourself on a wet surface.

"Now my feet are stronger and I feel more athletic," Woods said. "These shoes provide freedom of movement and allow me to release more power through my swing."Nike didn't need to go with something flashy since these shoes will be showcased on the Olympics by the best basketball player in the world, and fortunately, it didn't try to get too cute with this.

There is some flash to it—it's Nike, so there was jordan shoes little chance of subtle greatness—but it feels very subdued. It is a strong look for the brand and one that it can learn from in the future.

I do like that the high-top color comes down the sides of the air jordan 2012 shoes. It creates a very nice dynamic with the Nike Swoosh logo in between the tongue and sides. It's a good look that catches your eye right away.

As mentioned in the previous section, I do like a lot of the design. Even if it doesn't reach out and smack you in the face for a big wow factor grade, the design is really strong and some of the best work Nike has done this year.

One of the great things about the design is how everything nike shox feeds into the next thing. The tongue meshes well with the upper part of the shoe, and the quarters look great with everything around it.
